If you have any questions about the parade line up,
contact Jim Fisher at 812-675-9491
4th of July Parade Line up begins at 9a.m. and all units should be in position by 11:30 a.m. Any riders, walkers, etc. should be dropped off by 11:30 a.m. Units will be parked as they arrive to make the process more streamlined. This means you do not necessarily have a specific place assigned for you to park, but will be placed upon arrival. Parade units are dismissed at the discretion of our Parade Line Up Coordinator, meaning just because you were parked first, does not mean your unit goes first.
- STEP 1 - CHECK IN AT THE INTERSECTION OF 13TH & M STREET WITH A MEMBER OF THE BEDFORD LIONS CLUB.
- Parade Entries will be placed in order when they arrive.
- IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE AS PART OF YOUR ENTRY IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARRIVE ALL TOGETHER, AT THE SAME TIME
- PARADE JUDGING will take place DURING THE PARADE and judges will be at the 16th & I street intersection, where the radio station is set up for the parade.
- The parade will step off just after Noon on Saturday, July 4th.

CANDY CRUISERS will distribute items donated by the parade units. Please drop off your candy, items, or literature at the parade line up area to be added to the wagons for distribution. The reason behind this decision is to reduce risk and also for liability purposes. Unfortunately, disregard to the rules in previous parades has caused us to have to make adjustments and we simply want to ensure our parades can continue for years to come.
