The Limestone Heritage Festival celebrates Lawrence County’s rich limestone heritage and is the kick-off of “Limestone Month” celebrated each June. This festival provides a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate Bedford’s legacy as the Limestone Capital of the World. The Limestone Heritage Festival is celebrated the first Saturday in June with musical entertainment, food vendors, a live limestone carving exhibit, family friendly activities, and much more. Your generosity makes this community celebration possible, along with volunteers who invest their time and talents for all in the community to enjoy. 

The Parade & Fireworks show will be on America's 250th Anniversary during 4th of July!

Craft Vendor Market

The craft vendor market will be conducted Saturday, June 6th from 8am to 5pm.  HANDMADE crafts and Info Vendors.

Photography Contest

Entry fee is $5.00 per photo submission.  Come and vote for Best in Show at the
Lawrence County History Museum
